Welcome to my page! My name is Diana and I live in Dublin, Ireland and I like yoga. I started practicing long before I started teaching and would like to assure you - Yoga is for everybody! It is a combination on movement, breathing and focus of the mind. Our body might restrict us at time and it does restrict me also - I have severe scholiosis, yet regular practice slowly builds up necessary muscle corset and movement improves flexibility.
